Fair Representation Act
This common sense bill expands instant runoff voting to all Americans and solves the problem of gerrymandering
It establishes multi-member districts for congressional elections
It institutes single transferable vote in these elections (this is instant runoff voting but for elections with multiple candidates)
It creates new requirements for congressional redistricting
