Big News on the National Level. The Voter's Choice Act had been introduced. If passed it would allow up to 50% of the cost of implementation of IRV to be covered by federal grants

2021 is the year that our districts will be drawn. This happens once every ten years. Our maps are drawn by our elected officials and have traditionally been gerrymandered.

Poll Finds New Yorkers 'Overwhelmingly' Support Ranked Choice Voting: CBS New York. 83% of those polled found the process simple and 75% want to use it again.

Worried about how long NYC's results are taking? It's not because of IRV. Those results can easily be tabulated by computer. NYC has a long period in which absentee ballots can be returned.
