News in Instant Runoff VotingPoll Finds New Yorkers 'Overwhelmingly' Support Ranked Choice Voting: CBS New York. 83% of those polled found the process simple and 75% want to use it again. Explainer: Ranked Choice Voting Gets Big Test in NYC: Associated Press. Worried about how long NYC's results are taking? It's not because of IRV. Those results can easily be tabulated by computer.
